PRIMARY PURPOSE
To engage in healthcare delivery service, medical education and research and, for the purpose, own, operate, lease or manage hospitals, clinics, laboratories, medical and medical research offices, pharmacies and to install and provide medical laboratory services, medical equipment and supplies for sale, distribution or lease; provided that purely professional, medical or surgical and laboratory services in connection therewith shall be performed by duly licensed physicians and surgeons, medical technicians, x-ray, ultrasound, CT scan drug test and other modern medical and laboratory specialists who may or may not be connected with the corporation and who may be freely or individually contracted by the patients and provided further that medical and/or laboratory equipment owned and operated by the corporation shall be operated solely by the corporation’s own specialists or technicians.
